The theme Harvest Time came alive as children performed energetic folk dances like Giddha, Bhangra and Bihu. Dressed in colourful traditional costumes, they displayed graceful choreography, rhythmic expressions and confident stage presence. The audience thoroughly enjoyed the lively beats and festive spirit of harvest celebrations. The Intra-Class Groove Gala (Dance Competition on Patriotic Songs) for Class II was held on Thursday, 21 August 2025, filling the atmosphere with rhythm and pride. After a screening round, six budding dancers from each section took the stage, celebrating patriotism through graceful dance. Enthralling performances on Desh Rangila Rangila, Ae Watan Watan Azad Rahe Tu, Suno Gaur Se Duniya Walon, and I Love My India mesmerised the audience. With vibrant costumes, expressive gestures, and boundless energy, the young dancers transported everyone to a world of patriotism through their exceptional talent. Poem Recitation Competition ‘Valour Verse’ was held for Class IV students on 22 August, 2025. The event celebrated the courage and bravery of heroes through powerful poetry. Young participants recited poems with confidence and expression, bringing alive stories of strength, sacrifice and patriotism. The audience was inspired by their confidence and heartfelt emotions. The judges appreciated the effort and talent of every child. During Science Week (July 14–19), students showcased innovation through STEM challenges. Pranav Garg (XI) won Best Boat Design, while Swadhay Vij (XI) built the fastest boat. In the Rocket Challenge, Raghav Sharma (XI) and Nidhir Bardhan (XI) achieved an impressive 8.24m flight, guided by mentor Siddhant Shibu (XII).

Team Awaam from our school proudly represented us in Swatantra Manch: Desh Ke Naam at the Prime Minister’s Museum, staging a powerful play on Bhagat Singh’s life. Competing among ten selected schools, our talented team of fifteen members from Classes VIII–XII delivered a remarkable performance, securing the Second Position and bringing glory to the school.

The school organised a Mock Lok Sabha session on 12 August ,2025 for students of Classes XI and XII Humanities, centred on the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) bill. The simulation offered a practical understanding of parliamentary proceedings while encouraging analytical thinking, eloquent expression and collaborative leadership. Students explored the diverse perspectives and intricacies surrounding the UCC, gaining insights into the balance between legal uniformity and cultural diversity. The engaging exercise reinforced the significance of respectful discussion, inclusivity and informed decision-making in shaping the nation’s legislative framework.

The Social Science Department commemorated the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings with a series of activities designed to promote peace and awareness. Class IX students presented a talk on conflict resolution, while a group song and a ribbon dance by junior and middle school students echoed the spirit of harmony. Col Anant Gupta from the Mission Olympic Wing DCOAS (IS&C), IHQ of MoD (Army), addressed Classes VIII and IX, offering real-life insights into war, comradeship and national service. The event encouraged students to reflect deeply on history and the importance of lasting peace.

In July, the SHIN programme for Class V continued to build on previous learning with new, stimulating activities. The students engaged in making cubes and explored them from three different perspectives, enhancing their spatial understanding and observation skills. They delved into the concept of coordinates, using hands-on kits to locate and plot points, fostering logical reasoning and critical thinking. All activities encouraged collaboration and creativity, with students actively using their SHIN books and materials. The sessions remained highly interactive, reinforcing core concepts while maintaining excitement and engagement across classes.
