Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, hosted UpRoar 2026 – Where Ideas Become Action, an engaging policy-making workshop organised by its Girl Up Chapter on 11 August 2026. The event brought together 105 students from 21 Delhi-NCR schools, providing a platform to explore pressing gender-related issues, understand policymaking and develop practical solutions for social change. The programme featured insightful interactions with Ms. Kanta Singh, Deputy Country Representative, UN Women India, Ms. Aditi Arora, Regional Director, APAC and Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 honouree, and Ms. Pratishtha Deveshwar, disability rights activist. Facilitated by YLAC, the workshop fostered advocacy, collaboration and youth leadership.
