Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, organised an inspiring career guidance session for students of Classes X-XII. The session was led by Group Captain Sujata Tiwari, Indian Air Force, currently posted at Air Force Headquarters with the DISHA Cell. Drawing inspiration from Rabindranath Tagore’s timeless words, “Where the mind is without fear……….,” Group Captain Tiwari encouraged students to dream fearlessly, embrace challenges and consider a career dedicated to serving the nation. She highlighted the diverse opportunities available in the Indian Air Force, and explained the eligibility criteria, subject requirement, selection procedure and Service Selection Board (SSB) interview process. Students also explored the Indian Air Force awareness bus, which featured an aircraft simulator, pilot uniforms and informative displays on Air Force operations. The interactive experience generated great enthusiasm and offered students valuable insights into life in the Armed Forces, inspiring them to explore meaningful career pathways and contribute to the nation’s future.
