Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, celebrated Dussehra through a series of creative and thought-provoking activities for Classes VI–XII, highlighting the timeless message of the victory of good over evil.

Students explored the relevance of the Ramayana through engaging activities. Class VI associated Ravana’s ten heads with human weaknesses and identified positive qualities to overcome them. Class VII reflected on personal habits through a symbolic bonfire activity. Classes VIII and XII designed modern Instagram profiles for Ravana, exploring his talents and flaws. Class IX reimagined the Ramayana through alternative perspectives, while Class XI staged a courtroom skit, The Trial of Ravana, examining morality, justice and accountability. The activities fostered creativity, critical thinking, empathy, self-awareness and responsible decision-making. The celebration reinforced the message that the true spirit of Dussehra lies in conquering our inner weaknesses and choosing truth, compassion and righteousness.
