The school organised an Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop on 14 October 2026 for students of Classes XI and XII studying Psychology, as part of Mental Health Month celebrations. Led by Ms Ishani Ahuja, an RCI-licensed Expressive Arts Therapist, the session introduced students to creative expression as a tool for emotional well-being. Through guided activities, students explored their thoughts and feelings, reflected on themselves and understood the importance of self-awareness and emotional resilience. The workshop provided a safe, non-judgmental space for open participation and highlighted the role of expressive arts in adolescent mental health and holistic development.
