Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, organised an insightful career guidance session for Grade XI students on 14 October 2026, titled ‘The Inner Compass: Who Am I Becoming?’ The session was conducted by Ms. Shivani Garg Gujral, an experienced Career Guidance Psychologist with over 21 years of experience and Founder of Tera Parichay – A Career Finder. Introducing students to the Japanese concept of Ikigai, Ms. Gujral encouraged them to explore the intersection of their passions, strengths, societal needs and career opportunities. Through engaging activities and reflective exercises, students gained insights into their interests, values and aspirations. The session emphasised self-awareness and purposeful decision-making, inspiring students to pursue meaningful, fulfilling and future-ready career pathways.
