Lively arguments and quick-thinking filled the auditorium on 16 October 2024, when the much-anticipated inter-house competition, Devil’s Advocate: Turncoat Debate took place.This event tested not only the participants’ debating skills but also their ability to switch sides at a moment’s notice, challenging their wit and adaptability. The motions debated by the participants included “Should zoos be banned?” and “Should the voting age be lowered to 16?”. The speakers showcased their skills, with compelling arguments and smooth transitions. The event concluded with Shanti placing first and Ekta placing second.
