On 31 July 2024, a workshop on bullying was conducted for students of Classes IV and V, facilitated by Ms. Nimisha Sharma, an Expressive Art-Based Therapist, and Ms. Nikita Khosla, a Counselling Psychologist from Fortis Hospital. The workshop aimed to educate students about the different forms of bullying and empower them with strategies to prevent and address such behavior. Participants engaged in interactive sessions that defined bullying, explored its various types—including physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying—and discussed the emotional and psychological impacts on individuals. Through activities and discussions, students learned the importance of empathy, respect, and standing up against bullying. Feedback from participants highlighted increased awareness and a better understanding of how to respond to bullying situations effectively. This workshop not only equipped students with practical skills but also enhanced a supportive environment for open dialogue on bullying prevention.
