Since 2010, our we have partnered with schools in France where students and teachers can visit each other and exchange cultural values. This is offered to students of classes IX and X who have taken French as their third language and will be able to apply their linguistic skills on the exchange.

Vive La France – Exchange Programme-II @ Lyon & Paris-2024

Fifteen students from Class VII at TIS VV and five students from TIS EoK embarked on an educational journey to Lyon and Paris, France, from April 21st to April 29th, 2024, accompanied by Ms Neetu Swarnakar and Ms Neelam Chibber. During their time in Lyon, the students explored SEPR L’École de Métiers, a vocational training school, where they learned about various vocational courses designed for students seeking alternative educational paths.Following their time in Lyon, the group traveled to Geneva, Switzerland, where they toured the United Nations building and CERN, the renowned scientific research centre. In Paris, the students spent three days visiting historic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Chateau de Versailles, and the Louvre museum. The trip was an enriching experience, providing the students with a multitude of life skills and memorable experiences.

Paris, Lille & Brussels – Student Exchange - I @ Programme In France - 2024

Student exchange programs serve as a vital bridge between nations and cultures, offering students invaluable opportunities for personal and academic growth. They enhance students’ cultural awareness, fostering acceptance of diversity, and enriching their cultural knowledge. TISVV has long supported such initiatives, recently organizing exchange programs with partner schools in France.
A delegation of 23 students from TISVV and 5 students from TIS, EoK, accompanied by teachers Mrs. Seema Maniktala and Mrs. Dimple Madan, participated in a Student Exchange Program in France. Organized by Frehindi Education Pvt Ltd, the group visited Lille and Paris, engaging in cultural exchanges with students at our partner school, Lycée Privé Saint Rémi in Roubaix, Lille. Activities included a dance performance of Gitanjali, various Indian traditional dances, rangoli making, and sari tying. The students also attended English and French classes and presented gifts to the Mayor of Lille. Additionally, they visited the European Union Parliament in Brussels before spending two days exploring Paris, visiting landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre.
