He shared his journey from student to startup leader, emphasizing essential steps in building a business from scratch. Mr. Bhardwaj discussed key concepts like problem identification, action planning, and leveraging AI in marketing and sales. He differentiated between startups and established businesses, highlighting critical components of an action plan, such as value proposition, GTM strategy, and MVP.
